Next Day Deliveries:
Next day deliveries must be placed before 12:00pm PST. Custom order arrangement 48 hour prior delivery.
- Specific Delivery Time Requests:
- We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time, however, you may request a time in the order form, and we will try our very best to accommodate specific time requests.

Flower Delivery:
Once your order has been delivered we will email you confirmation. In the case that the recipient ins not home at the time of delivery , we will contact you by phone unless you provided us with special instructions. While we do our due diligence to reach you, if we miss you we may leave the delivery in a safe place of the address provided. -
Returns and Exchanges
Once an order is placed , we are unable to refund it "all sales are final" , however you will receive store credit for the full amount paid on cancelation made 48 hours prior scheduled delivery. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, you can use it any other time. Store Credit is valid for a one year from the date was issued. We’re open to addressing individual concerns and resolving issues on a case-by-case basis. FF assures the utilization of the freshest, highest quality flowers, materials, and service. -
Cancelations:
– Orders may only be canceled if done so at least 48 hours prior to submission. For cancellations, please contact (805) 550.2929.
– Changes to an order may be made by phone, only before the arrangement has been started.
– Orders may not be canceled or changed after the arrangement has been created.
