• We deliver within the Central California. Please ensure that your delivery address is within this region when placing your order.

Delivery Time Window:

• Deliveries will be made within a 1-hour window of your chosen delivery time.
• Our delivery hours are between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, ensuring flexibility to accommodate your schedule.

Delivery Guidelines:

• Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for delays or issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
• If no one is available at the delivery location, we will contact you and, if necessary, leave the arrangement in a safe spot (e.g., behind a pillar, on your porch) as instructed.

Same-Day Delivery:

• Same-day delivery requests must be placed before 12:00 PM, Tuesday through Sunday, to ensure sufficient processing time.

Delivery Fees:

• A delivery fee will apply based on the location of the delivery. This fee will be communicated during the order process.
