- Custom or large event orders (e.g., weddings, corporate events) require 60 days’ notice for any modifications.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your order arrives damaged or there is a discrepancy, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or store credit, as deemed appropriate.
